Under the overall arrangement of Peking University, the Peking University Journals Platform is a project led by the Office of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Office of Scientific Research, with the cooperation of the editorial departments of various journals, and undertaken by Peking University Library. The platform includes Chinese and foreign academic journals sponsored by various research units of Peking University.

Aims to facilitate academic research, communication, and dissemination, the Peking University Journals Platform relies on the World Wide Web and the academic environment of Peking University's e-Research to integrate high-quality academic journals sponsored by Peking University, to establish an internationally recognized digital publish and integrated search platform for these journals, to launch an interactive learning and communication platform for editors, readers, and authors. Simultaneously, it aspires to be a driving force in championing the open access movement within Peking University, ultimately enhancing and thriving academic exchanges and research. Furthermore, the platform is committed to providing its end-users with a seamless, efficient, and integrated one-stop service.
