Private Law Review will be published quarterly starting from 2024. To further enhance the quality of the journal, we warmly invite legal experts, scholars, and practitioners to submit articles. The following details are provided:

1. Private Law Review is a continuous publication focusing on research in the broad field of private law, accepting submissions from various disciplines within the private law domain. Each issue features columns on "Interpretation of the Civil Code," "Commercial Law and Business Environment Optimization," and "Data and Intellectual Property Law."

2. We welcome theoretical and practical combined papers from leaders in the fields of civil and commercial law, as well as young and talented scholars.

3. Express profound and insightful academic viewpoints in submissions, with no specific length restrictions.

4. Submissions should include author bios, contact information, and abstracts in both Chinese and English.

5. Authors will receive remuneration upon publication of their accepted articles.

6. By submitting articles for publication in "Private Law," all authors authorize the journal to digitally reproduce, compile, distribute, and disseminate the full text through academic journal CD-ROMs and databases after publication, and permit the compilation publication of "Private Law."
