The Financial Law Forum has been openly published for 100 issues since its first publication in 1998. Currently, two issues are published annually, each containing 15-18 papers totaling approximately 200,000 words, distributed by China Financial Publishing House. Financial Law Forum has been designated as a core publication by Peking University Law School and has been included in the CSSCI source journal list since 2014. The journal has granted electronic copyrights to databases such as "Peking University Journal Network," "CNKI," "Yuanzhao Database," "PKU Law Treasure," "Chaoxing Digital Journal," and "Wanfang Database." By submitting to "Financial Law Review," authors are deemed to agree to the aforementioned authorization, with the author's remuneration covering the copyright usage fees. If not in agreement, please specify during submission for appropriate handling by the editorial department.
Financial Law Forum features sections such as "Hot Topics Observation," "Special Discussions," "Financial Practice and Law," "Frontiers of Financial Law," "Corporations and Securities," "Banks and Law," "Finance and Law," "Insurance and Law," "WTO and Finance," "Financial Criminal Law," "Financial Innovation," "Financial Regulation," "Financial Court," and "Overseas Fax." These sections timely reflect the latest research findings and developments in financial law theory, hot events, legislation, and practices. With a lively writing style, fresh language, and clear explanations, the journal focuses on elucidating principles and problem-solving. As a publication with distinct professional characteristics, Financial Law Forum has a positive impact in academia and practice, making it suitable for legislators, financial legal practitioners, and professionals and students in related fields.
To standardize submissions to Financial Law Forum and enhance editing quality and efficiency, the editorial department has formulated the "Financial Law Review Writing Requirements and Format" (see details at http://ccj.pku.edu.cn/article/info?aid=540005703450693), which contributors must adhere to. Since January 2014, the editorial department only accepts electronic submissions via email at jinrongfayuan@126.com. Submissions should be formatted as indicated below and clearly marked in the email subject line: "Submission Date Author: Article Title," for example, "2003.10.22 Wu Zhipan: Responsibilities and Challenges of the Banking Regulatory Commission."
Authors submitting manuscripts to the editorial department are advised against multiple submissions. If no feedback on manuscript acceptance is received within three months, authors may proceed accordingly. During the editorial process, if a manuscript is intended for publication elsewhere, authors should promptly inform the editorial department to avoid duplicate publication.
