1. This journal implements a double-blind peer review system. Please do not include the author's name and personal information in the main text of the submission. Instead, provide the author's real name on a separate page outside the main text, along with a brief author biography, affiliation, mailing address, postal code, telephone number, and email address in detail.
2. Research papers should generally not exceed 20,000 words and should include a summary of 200-300 words in both Chinese and English, along with 3-5 keywords. Book reviews and academic conference summaries should generally be within 5,000 words.
3. For foreign personal and place names, please refer to the "World Personal Names Translation Dictionary" (Revised Edition) (compiled by Xinhua News Agency Translation Office, China Translation & Publishing Corporation, 2007 edition) and the "World Place Names Translation Dictionary" (edited by Zhou Dingguo, China Translation & Publishing Corporation, 2007 edition) for translation, and provide the original text. Words not found in the above translation manuals should be translated independently, with the original text noted, and please ensure consistency throughout the manuscript. For other proper nouns, use the commonly accepted translations in China and note the original text.
4. Footnotes should be used for all manuscript annotations, as detailed in the "Note Style" in the first issue of "International Politics Studies" in 2009.
5. Submissions must adhere to academic norms and relevant national standards and regulations. Please do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals. Once a manuscript is accepted, a fee will be paid, and two copies of the issue will be mailed to the author. Manuscripts not accepted will not be returned. If the author does not receive a notification from the editorial office within three months, they may deal with the manuscript as they see fit.
6. By submitting to this journal, unless otherwise stated, it is considered as granting exclusive permission.
7. The editorial office of this journal reserves the right to make textual modifications to submissions.
