"Peking University Law Review" imposes no word limit on submissions and does not consider the identity or academic background of the authors, focusing solely on academic standards and norms. For citation norms, please refer to the attached citation guidelines. The journal advocates for articles to be independently authored. For submissions with multiple authors, unless there is compelling evidence of substantial collaboration, they will not be accepted.

"Peking University Law Review" follows a two-round review process and a double-blind peer review system. Articles of academic value will receive detailed written review comments (including revision suggestions) from the editorial committee, regardless of acceptance. After authors make revisions to meet initial review requirements, all potentially identifying information will be concealed, and scholars in the relevant field will be invited for anonymous peer review. Feedback from the anonymous reviewers will be provided to the authors by the editorial committee without revealing the reviewers' identities. Authors can respond to the feedback, which will undergo further review by the editorial committee. For significant or contentious submissions, multiple editors in the relevant field, along with external researchers, will discuss and make the final decision on acceptance based solely on academic merit.

The editorial committee of "Peking University Law Review" holds the copyright to published works. Authors must ensure they have the copyright to their work and do not infringe on the rights of others. Translators must ensure that their translations do not infringe on the rights of the original authors or publishers and are liable for any damages that may arise. The editorial committee or any of its members are not liable for any resulting responsibilities.

Submissions must not have been previously published in any print or electronic media in the same language. Submissions should include an English title, author's identity, and contact information. Translations must be accompanied by the original manuscript and written authorization (including email) from the author or publisher for translation.

"Peking University Law Review" welcomes reprints, excerpts, and translations of published articles but requires respect for the rights of the original authors as per the Copyright Law. When reprinting, credit should be given to "Peking University Law Review," specifying the volume, issue, publisher, and year, along with the original author and translator's names. Written notification should be provided to the editorial committee.

To enhance knowledge exchange, unless authors explicitly state otherwise in their submissions, "Peking University Law Review" is granted non-exclusive rights to grant electronic publication, information network dissemination, digital compilation, reproduction rights to third parties, and recommend reprinting of published works in abstract publications such as "Chinese Social Sciences Digest," "Higher Education Humanities and Social Sciences Abstracts," and "Replicated Periodical Data" from Renmin University of China.
