"Wai guo zhe xue"  employs the internationally recognized "double-blind" peer review system. Once a work is accepted, we provide remuneration, while the copyright belongs to the Commercial Press. We welcome reprints in other publications, but written authorization from the original publisher is required.

"Wai guo zhe xue" only publishes Chinese papers and accepts unpublished works only.

"Wai guo zhe xue" has granted CNKI permission to digitally replicate, compile, distribute, and disseminate the full text of the journal. The remuneration provided by "Wai guo zhe xue"  includes the copyright usage fee paid to CNKI. By submitting an article for publication, all authors agree to the above statement. If there are objections, please indicate this during submission, and "Wai guo zhe xue"  will handle it according to the author's instructions.

"Wai guo zhe xue"  is selected as an indexed journal by Beijing Wanfang Data Co., Ltd. and Wanfang Data Electronic Publishing House, which provide external information services. The relevant copyright usage fees are paid by the journal. If there are objections, please specify this in the submission, and the journal will address it accordingly.
