To ensure the quality of the publication and improve academic standards, please pay attention to the following points when submitting manuscripts:

1. The journal now accepts submissions online, and manuscripts should be in Word format.

2. Submissions should be original research results that comply with academic standards and have not been formally published, generally not exceeding 18,000 words (including notes).

3. Submissions must include: title, author's name, work or study affiliation, city of the institution, postal code, abstract and keywords in Chinese, main text, references, title in English, and abstract and keywords in English.

4. The title should be concise, specific, and accurate, generally not exceeding 20 words, and should avoid using abbreviations, symbols, codes, and formulas. The author's name, affiliation, city name, and postal code should be listed on a separate line below the title. The author's biography includes: name, gender, work unit, secondary department of the work unit, position, professional title, etc., placed at the footer of the first page of the article. The author's contact information includes: work unit, mailing address (including province, city, district, street), postal code, mobile phone number, and email address, placed at the end of the last page of the article.

5. An abstract of 300-500 words and 3-5 keywords should be attached before the main text. After the main text, an initial draft of the English translation should be attached, including the title, author's name, work unit, city name, postal code, abstract, and keywords.

6. If it is necessary to indicate "funding project" information, it should include: source of the topic, project name, project number, etc.

7. The format of references should follow the national standard (GB/T 7714-2015), and text notes and references should be complete and accurate.

Please do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals. If you do not receive an acceptance notice within three months from the start of the initial review, you may handle the manuscript elsewhere.

9. The author bears responsibility for the content. The journal reserves the right to technically edit submissions and, by law, holds the copyright of the published articles.

10. The journal will be included in databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and the author's copyright usage fee is included in the journal's remuneration, which is paid in one lump sum. If you disagree with your article being included, please declare it when submitting.

We welcome submissions from authors.
