We warmly welcome submissions from readers both domestically and internationally. Submissions should pay attention to the following points:

1. Submission requirements. The work should be innovative, with clear viewpoints, rigorous arguments, highlighted key points, concise text, and clear tables and figures. It must not disclose state secrets.

2. Manuscript requirements. The title must be concise and not exceed 20 words, with consistent titles in both Chinese and English. Include the author's name (in Chinese and Pinyin), affiliation (in both Chinese and English), and titles, abstracts, and keywords (6-8) in both languages. "Research papers" generally include abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and analysis, discussion, conclusion, and references in 7 parts; "Research briefs" generally include abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and analysis, discussion, and references in 6 parts. The bottom of the first page should indicate the name (and project number) of the funded project and detailed contact information of the author (name, gender, year of birth, education, professional title, research direction, email).

Units and formulas. Use national legal measurement units, such as m (meters), s (seconds), min (minutes), h (hours), d (days), L (liters), kg (kilograms), hm2 (hectares), t (tons), Pa (Pascal), mol (mole), cM (centimole), U (unit of enzyme activity), etc. Solution concentrations should be expressed as mol·L-1 or mg·L-1, etc., with M, N, ppm, and mu no longer used. For example, 1 M sulfuric acid should be changed to 1 mol·L-1, 1 N sulfuric acid to 0.5 mol·L-1. Unit symbols should not be used without numbers in the text, e.g., "per day" not written as "per d". Pay attention to the use of formulas, symbols, subscripts and superscripts, and the case and italicization of foreign letters in the manuscript.

Requirements for figures and tables. Select figures carefully, only including the most necessary ones, which should be self-explanatory and avoid repetition with tables and text descriptions. Figures should be saved in TIF format. In line drawings, dots and lines should be accurate, clear, and aesthetically pleasing, not too thick or thin. If the figure involves many treatments, different colors can be used to represent them; tables should use the three-line table format, and the content in tables should not repeat that of figures and text.

References. Only publicly published references should be cited, arranged in the order they appear in the text (i.e., in "sequential coding system"), and must be checked for accuracy. If there are more than three authors, list only three and add "et al." For Chinese references, please add corresponding English information (see the submission template for detailed requirements on listing references).

Manuscript processing cycle and fees. From the date of submission, the manuscript should not be submitted to another journal within six months. If the revision period exceeds three months without timely explanation, it will be treated as a new submission. Whether to publish or not will be decided after peer review by at least two experts (double-blind review) and final review by the editor-in-chief. When submitting, authors can provide a list of peers to avoid for review.

Copyright and copyright transfer agreement. The copyright of the article belongs to the author, and the editorial copyright belongs to this journal. After acceptance, the author must sign a "Copyright Transfer Agreement" with the editorial office, also promising that the paper is an original work, has independent intellectual property rights, has not been published domestically or internationally, and has no issues of plagiarism, forgery, or simultaneous submission, does not involve confidentiality or other copyright infringement issues. If issues such as simultaneous submission, infringement, or leakage occur, all responsibilities are borne by the author. The order of authors and affiliations in the article is true and accurate, with no disputes over authorship or order among authors or affiliations. After signing the "Copyright Transfer Agreement," requests to change the authors or affiliations in the paper cannot be made; if changes are necessary, a request signed by all authors and stamped by the affiliations must be submitted.

Other instructions. For papers published in this journal that involve national and provincial (departmental) awards or other awards, please contact the journal in time and provide a copy of the award.
