Arabic numerals can be used wherever appropriate.

Articles typically cite around 15 references for papers and up to 25 for reviews. Citation numbers should be arranged in the order of appearance in the text, with corresponding numbers in the text. Internal unpublished materials and personal communications should not be used as references.
11. Submission Requirements: The journal only accepts online submissions (no email submissions). Authors should register and submit through the journal's website, read the 'Copyright Transfer Agreement' on the website before submission. Upon acceptance, the first author's institution should provide a letter of introduction (template available on the journal's website, except for invited submissions). Authors who do not agree to inclusion should declare so during submission; otherwise, inclusion will be assumed.
12. Manuscript Handling: Authors are responsible for the content of their submissions, but the journal reserves the right to make edits. If content requires modification, it will be returned to the authors. Failure to return revised manuscripts within 3 months will result in automatic withdrawal. Authors who do not receive notification of manuscript processing within 3 months of the journal's acknowledgment should wait or inquire by mail or phone. If considering submitting elsewhere, contact the journal first and avoid submitting the same manuscript to multiple sources.
13. Fees: Authors will be notified to pay page fees before publication. The journal provides a one-time payment for published articles (including CD and online versions), with the remuneration deducted from the page fees. Authors will receive two copies of the current issue after publication.
