Abstract

Circular RNA （CircRNA）即环状RNA,是一类在真核细胞中含量丰富，且具有重要的生物学功能的RNA分子。已有研究表明CircRNA存在非帽依赖的蛋白翻译机制，其编码的蛋白产物对癌症发生发展和寿命等方面发挥着非常重要的调控作用。本文就CircRNA的翻译机制及其产物功能等研究热点予以综述。
