Abstract
Ｐ３４~（ｃｄｃ２）激酶在真核生物细胞周期的调节中起着核心作用。它由催化亚基与调节亚基共同组成。催化亚基主要有两种亚型，分别在细胞周期的不同时相发挥作用。调节亚基称为细胞周期蛋白，亦不止一种，可相应地分为Ｇ_１期细胞周期蛋白与Ｍ期细胞周期蛋白。
