Abstract
患者奥某,58岁,女性,自1976年3月右膝关节肿。1975年3月由于颜面神经麻痹而接受检查,医生指出其高压240 mmHg,住院一个月,此后继续治疗,但血压仍高(170/110mmHg)。患者曾于学生时期患慢性肾炎,十年前作过子宫肌瘤摘除手术。
