Abstract
北京大学第一医院儿科成立于建院初期,自1942年开始逐渐按照西医学(美国)现代儿科模式开展儿科医教研工作,1946年1月开始实行24小时住院医师制度,从而成为我国最早建立起来的现代儿科之一。
